- Ability to manage a team.
- Good knowledge of the rules for early childhood care centres.
- Ability to handle emergencies and difficult situations.
- Skills in project management.
- Good knowledge of how a local authority works.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
