Open to civil servants of the attaché (category A) and rédacteur (category B) grades. Contract agents can also apply if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Higher education in public law or public administration is an advantage.
Experience: Proven experience managing reception services, elections or general affairs, or higher education in public law or administration is an advantage.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the local government environment and municipal services.
- Knowledge of the electoral code and census rules.
- Skills with citizen relationship and digital management tools.
- Public service mindset, neutrality and impartiality.
- Rigour, method and organisation.
- Availability, especially during elections.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
