Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open at engineer grade. It can also be filled by contract for people recognised as disabled workers.

Diploma: Diploma from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in construction, public works, civil engineering, maintenance or urban planning
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years in a management role in a municipal or intercommunal technical service
The profile they look for:
- Diploma from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in construction, public works or civil engineering.
- At least 3 to 5 years in a management role in a technical department.
- Experience leading field teams and building sites.
- Good knowledge of the public procurement code and budget rules.
- Knowledge of health, safety and accessibility rules (ERP).
- Strong, supportive management style.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
