Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The post is open to territorial engineer grades (ingénieur, ingénieur principal, ingénieur hors classe, ingénieur en chef, ingénieur en chef hors classe, ingénieur général).

Diploma: Bac+5 degree in IT or an equivalent field
Experience: Proven experience leading an information systems department; experience in a local authority is a plus

- Knowledge of public procurement.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and digital project management.
- Budget management and organisation of an IT department.
- Management skills and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
