Civil servants (permanent) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the engineer grade of the territorial civil service.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Higher education: engineer, master's, DU or BTS, in buildings, public works, planning or civil engineering.
Experience: Experienced professional, with team management experience.
The profile they look for:
- Higher education in buildings, public works, planning or civil engineering.
- Good knowledge of ERP rules: safety and accessibility.
- Knowledge of building energy performance or renewable energy.
- Experience with public procurement and budget management.
- Experience managing an operational team.
- Good dialogue skills, networking and a public service mindset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
