Civil servants (titulaires) can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds. Target grades: engineer, principal engineer, senior engineer, technician and principal technicians.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Higher education, bac +4/+5, in computing, information systems, digital or cybersecurity, or equivalent field
Experience: Confirmed experience running an information system and managing a team
The profile they look for:
- Higher education, bac +4/+5, in computing, information systems or cybersecurity.
- Experience running an information system and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection and business continuity.
- Experience with digital projects and managing external suppliers.
- Good knowledge of local authorities and intercommunal bodies (EPCI).
- Ability to explain technical issues to elected officials and departments.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
