- Knowledge of local authority rules (budget, civil service, public procurement).
- Solid knowledge and practice of management.
- Mastery of rules on physical and sports activities.
- Organisational and management skills.
- Ability to propose ideas to elected officials and senior management.
- Diplomacy, loyalty and good contact skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
