Diploma: Higher technical training, or significant experience
Experience: Confirmed experience, ideally in a local authority
The profile they look for:
- Higher technical training or significant experience in buildings or technical services.
- Good knowledge of property, works, public procurement and ERP safety rules.
- Experience managing teams and good organisation skills.
- Autonomy, rigour, responsiveness and analysis and decision-making skills.
- Public service mindset and availability outside usual working hours.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
