Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff, for the grades of Ingénieur or Ingénieur principal. A contract staff member can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Higher education (Bac+5 preferred) in engineering, building, public works, regional planning or sustainable development.
Experience: Significant experience in a management role in a local authority.
