Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+2/3 minimum (BTS, DUT, professional licence) or bac+5 (engineer) in building, civil engineering, road and network works, planning or urban planning.
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar management or technical responsibility role.

- Knowledge of local authority rules and public procurement.
- Skills in project management, budgeting and team management.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
