Open to civil servants in the engineer or senior technician grades (1st or 2nd class) and to contract workers. A contract worker can be hired while waiting for a civil servant.

Experience: Confirmed experience.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of how local councils work.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Good knowledge of roads, networks, buildings and public contracts.
- AIPR attestation (designer level) expected.
- Sense of decision, authority and public service.
- Availability, including evening meetings.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
