Diploma: Higher education or equivalent proven experience
Experience: Proven experience in similar roles, with management experience
The profile they look for:

- Proven management experience and ability to unite teams.
- Knowledge of public procurement rules and planning law.
- Knowledge of public finance (M57 budgets).
- Ability to manage architects and outside contractors.
- Public service spirit, rigour and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
