Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of technician, principal technician 2nd class and principal technician 1st class. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

Diploma: Bac+2 minimum (BTS/DUT) in civil engineering, public works, building or land planning
Experience: Experienced, at least 5 years in local government technical management or project leadership

- Knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Good knowledge of construction standards.
- Training in project management and team management.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
