Diploma: Bac+5 in building, civil engineering or VRD, or equivalent experience in local government
Experience: Proven experience managing technical services (expert level)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
