- Mastery of public procurement and the MOP law.
- Mastery of public budgeting and accounting under M57 and M4.
- Mastery of multi-year investment planning.
- Car driving licence (permis VL).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
