Experience: Experienced level, in a similar role.
The profile they look for:
- Thorough knowledge of public accounting (M14, M52, M31, M32).
- Thorough knowledge of the public procurement code and territorial civil service rules.
- Knowledge of financial markets and the loan process.
- Ability to make trade-offs and explain a decision.
- Autonomy, responsiveness, discretion and good organisation.
- Experience in a similar role.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
