Diploma: Bac +5 preferred in public finance, public law, administration or management; Bac +3 possible with significant experience
Experience: Proven experience, especially as finance director or deputy finance director
The profile they look for:
- Master's degree (bac +5) preferred in public finance, public law or management
- Strong knowledge of local authority budget, finance and tax rules
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures
- Management skills and ability to lead a team
- Proven experience as finance director or deputy finance director
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
