Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The post is open to the Attaché and Rédacteur grades of the territorial civil service. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant has applied.

Diploma: Diploma at BAC+4 level at least in management, accounting, finance or taxation, or the Attaché territorial exam
Experience: Experienced, in public local authorities
The profile they look for:
- Hold the attaché territorial exam or a BAC+4 diploma at least in finance, management or accounting.
- Have experience in public local authorities.
- Be able to design financial strategies and manage the budget stages.
- Be able to manage team with confidence and persistence.
- Talk with elected officials.
- Show listening skills, rigour, autonomy and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
