Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Posts open at the attaché, attaché principal and attaché hors classe grades. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Higher education in public finance, local authority management, public administration, public law or equivalent
Experience: Proven management or leadership experience in finance
The profile they look for:
- Local public finance, local taxation and budgetary and accounting frameworks
- Knowledge of public procurement: rules, procedures and purchasing strategy
- Management experience in finance in a local authority or public body
- Experience working with elected officials, strongly preferred
- Rigour, public service ethos and ability to advise and raise alerts
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
