Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Contract staff may be hired on an exceptional basis, when no civil servant application has succeeded. The post is open to engineer, principal engineer and senior engineer grades.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
