4 Interview and answer

If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

Appointment for 4 years, renewable up to 6 years.
Probation period of 6 months.
Category A+ (senior management, management posts).
