Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The grades concerned are attaché, attaché principal, ingénieur and ingénieur principal. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent in public management, change management, organisation consulting, humanities and social sciences, or public innovation
Experience: At least 3 years in a private consulting firm or a public administration

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
