Open to civil servants and contract agents. The post is open to the grades of Attaché, Attaché hors classe and Attaché principal. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac+3 minimum, ideally in managing health, social or care establishments

- Good knowledge of rules for residences autonomie
- Management skills and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of local authorities and funding systems
- Public service mindset, rigour and good people skills
- Driving licence (permis B)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
