Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Civil servants must attach their last three professional interviews.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the work environment, at mastery level.
- Budget, accounting and legal skills, at practical level.
- Project management, at mastery level.
- Analytical skills and ability to summarise.
- Good people skills and ability to communicate.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer. Attach the requested documents, including the single mobility or recruitment form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
