Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract employee can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: State diploma as a puericulture nurse or state diploma as early childhood educator.
The profile they look for:
- State diploma as a puericulture nurse or early childhood educator.
- Good knowledge of the rules for early childhood and social-medical facilities.
- Expertise in child development from 0 to 3 years old.
- Ability to work in project mode and to observe, analyse and evaluate.
- Skill with management software tools.
- Sense of responsibility, good people skills and reliability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter to the Mayor, by post or by email, following the instructions on the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- A contract employee can only be hired if no civil servant has applied.
