Diploma: Bac+5 in civil engineering or infrastructure, equivalent to INSA or ENTPE
Experience: At least 5 to 8 years in a similar complex project management role

- Bac+5 in civil engineering or infrastructure, with interest in landscape and rainwater management
- At least 5 to 8 years in a similar complex project management role
- Experience managing a project team and category A staff
- Knowledge of planning procedures, the urban planning code and public procurement
- Ability to work across teams and bring together multidisciplinary groups
