Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of Attaché, Attaché principal, Ingénieur and Ingénieur principal. A contract worker can only be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

The profile they look for:
- Significant experience in local government, ideally in a commune.
- Knowledge of urban planning law and planning policies.
- Project management skills.
- Management skills and ability to work in consultation.
- Political sense, listening skills and adaptability.
- Knowledge of public finance and office and collaborative tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Working time of 38 hours per week, with 16 RTT days and evening meetings.
