- Significant experience in public finance, ideally in the French civil service.
- Management skills and experience leading change.
- Financial, budget, accounting and tax management of public bodies.
- Knowledge of public law, especially public procurement rules.
- Autonomy, rigour and strong organisation skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
