Diploma: Bac+5 degree in urban planning, development or environment (a plus)
Experience: Proven experience managing urban planning or development

- Proven experience managing urban planning or development.
- Good knowledge of the urban planning and environment codes.
- Knowledge of ecological transition issues in a tropical island setting.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
