Diploma: Master 2; CAFERUIS
Experience: Experienced (confirmed level)
The profile they look for:
- Master 2 level or CAFERUIS.
- Rigour and autonomy.
- Good at managing staff and working in a team.
- Alertness, forward planning and quick reaction.
- Good interpersonal skills, listening, tact and a public service mindset.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel), intranet and internet.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
