- Management skills and ability to develop people and teams.
- Project management skills in early childhood.
- Knowledge of early childhood rules and the territorial civil service status.
- Level II diploma or higher (EJE, nurse, puéricultrice…).
- Organisation, rigour, independence and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
