Open to civil servants and contract staff. Posts open to the grades of attaché, attaché principal, attaché hors classe, ingénieur, ingénieur principal and ingénieur hors classe in the local civil service. Category A.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of public action in local government and local decision processes.
- Knowledge of the rules on communication and the media.
- Strong written and oral skills, and crisis communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and steer the department's activity.
- Experience organising events and designing communication materials.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
