Experience: Proven experience in managing communication, ideally in a local authority

- Higher education at bac+5 level in communication or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a communication department.
- Management skills and support for change.
- Good knowledge of public communication, press relations and events.
- Ability to advise elected officials.
- Availability for events and on-call duty, evenings and weekends.
