Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: State diploma in childcare nursing (puériculture) or State diploma of early childhood educator (EJE)
Experience: Experienced, at least 3 years
The profile they look for:
- State diploma in childcare nursing or early childhood educator, at least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of early childhood policies and schemes.
- Team management.
- Knowledge of hygiene, disinfection and feeding rules for young children.
- Strong organisation and people skills.
- Good command of digital and office tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Year-end bonus, social works committee (20 euros a year) and health insurance contribution (20 euros).
