Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent (level 7)
Experience: Experienced; significant prior experience running an institution
The profile they look for:
- Higher education diploma (level I or II)
- Significant experience running an institution working with young people
- Knowledge of social-education or social inclusion work is a plus
- Good knowledge of the target public
- Experienced manager, tactful and a good listener
- Able to communicate with a multidisciplinary team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
