Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Diploma allowing the management of an Accueil Collectif de Mineurs; BAFD or BPJEPS LTP or equivalent.
Experience: Experienced candidate.
The profile they look for:
- Diploma allowing the management of an Accueil Collectif de Mineurs.
- BAFD or equivalent is a plus.
- BPJEPS Loisirs Tous Publics (LTP) or equivalent diploma.
- Proven experience in animation, coordination or management of an ALSH.
- Knowledge of SDJES rules and safety regulations.
- Good people skills, autonomy and sense of organisation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 8 (Closes in 10 days)
Apply on the employer's website. Send a CV and a cover letter to the Montfermeil town hall, for the attention of the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
