Diploma: Bac+3 minimum in accounting, finance or management control; master 2 in management control or local public finance valued
Experience: At least 4 years managing financial functions, budget preparation, forecasting or debt, preferably in the public sector

- Ability to analyse, build scenarios and secure decisions.
- Ability to lead a team and run cross-department projects.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
