Category: Category A+ (senior management)
Diploma: Bac+3 minimum in accounting, finance or management control. A Master 2 in management control or local public finance is a plus.
Experience: At least 4 years' experience managing financial functions, preferably in the public sector. Experience in a local authority is a plus.
