Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of technicien and technicien principal de 2e classe. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply by contract.

- Experience leading several technical teams across trades.
- Solid knowledge of buildings, green spaces, roads and urban cleaning.
- Knowledge of ERP, SSI, standards and DTU technical rules.
- Experienced manager who can unite teams and set limits.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
