Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Level IV diploma (BPJEPS or BEATEP); BAFD required
Experience: A first experience of managing a team in collective childcare for minors
The profile they look for:
- Hold a level IV diploma (BPJEPS or BEATEP), or be a tenured youth worker.
- BAFD required; BEATEP or BPJEPS preferred.
- Driving licence B required.
- Have a first experience of managing a team in childcare for minors.
- Know the rules for collective leisure childcare.
- Be able to write projects and steer projects.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Annualised working time of 35 hours, covering after-school periods, Wednesdays and school holidays.
- Travel within the town and across Île-de-France during outings.
