Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: BTS in Dietetics or equivalent diploma
The profile they look for:
- Know the nutritional needs of different users.
- Apply catering rules, including HACCP and cold chain.
- Lead high-stakes projects with the City and the CCAS.
- Be comfortable with computer tools.
- Communicate with listening, diplomacy and teaching skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time: 35h35 per week, with possible adjustment.
- 25 days of annual leave, plus possible RTT days.
- On-call duty about once every seven weeks.
- Meals taken on site, declared as a benefit in kind.
