Civil servants and contract staff can apply, for the attaché grade. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Higher education in computer science, Bac+3 to Bac+5
Experience: Experienced, at least 3 years in WINDEV development
The profile they look for:
- Computer science degree at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level.
- At least 3 years of WINDEV application development.
- Good command of object-oriented programming in WINDEV.
- Good command of SQL and MySQL and MSSQL databases.
- Good knowledge of web architectures and security.
- Rigour, sense of organisation and taste for innovation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
