Civil servants holding the ingénieur or ingénieur principal grade. Contract staff may also be hired if no civil servant applies.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Engineering degree, or territorial engineer grade
The profile they look for:
- Territorial engineer or holder of an engineering degree.
- Solid knowledge of civil engineering and structures.
- Knowledge of reinforced and prestressed concrete and strength of materials.
- Good understanding of project management and public procurement.
- Strong analysis, synthesis and autonomy skills.
- Good use of Microsoft Office.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
