Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because an entry-level category C grade allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know topography.
- Master technical drawing and its standards.
- Master CAD software (COVADIS) and CAD drafting software (AUTOCAD).
- Know road design standards (ARP, ICTAARN, ICTAVRU).
- Be able to use a price schedule (bordereau des prix).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- 25 days of leave and 23 RTT days (+ 2 split-leave days, under conditions).
- Bonus pay under RIFSEEP + CIA.
