- English language, basic working level.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- A mandatory administrative security check is required, and its result decides the final posting.
- Working time is 39 hours per week, with 25 days of paid leave and 22 RTT days.
- On-call duties or standby shifts may apply. The post may become vacant from 31/08/2026.
