Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because an entry-level category C grade is open.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Advanced skills in Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Knowledge of the print production chain and print file preparation
- Good sense of layout, typography and colour
- Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of motion design (After Effects is a plus)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 15 (Closes in 18 days)
Send your cover letter and detailed CV through the link on the official offer page, on the employer's site (Hellowork platform).
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Variable hours depending on public service needs, annualised 1607-hour working regime.
- Activity peaks during communication campaigns and events.
