Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac +5 in data analysis, statistics, applied mathematics, econometrics, economics, quantitative social sciences, MIAGE, human resources or equivalent
Experience: A first experience is welcome (internship, work-study, university project or first job). Junior profiles are welcome.
The profile they look for:
- Master level (Bac +5) in data, statistics, economics, HR or equivalent.
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualisation tools.
- Ability to analyse, structure and document data.
- Rigour, reliability and respect for confidentiality of HR data.
- Ability to explain results to non-specialists.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
