The profile they look for:

- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Knowledge of nursery procedures and the food plan.
- Good organisation, ability to anticipate and raise alerts when problems occur.
- Basic office software skills and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
