Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in cooking at least
The profile they look for:
- CAP in cooking at least.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the children in care.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in working with people in difficulty.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 12 (Closes in 41 days)
Apply using the “Apply on the employer’s site” button on the offer page on Choisir le Service Public, or on the Département’s recruitment site.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
