Diploma: Catering diploma
The profile they look for:
- Catering diploma
- Knowledge of meals for young children
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Knowledge of the Egalim law
- Ability to follow precise recipes and methods
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- 25 days of leave and 8 RTT days, taken during the nursery closure
